Payroll Compliance Lead
As a key member of the payroll team, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all payroll related data and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Designing and implementing regular audit programs across employee data, pay conditions, allowances, leave, terminations and superannuation to support the achievement of industrial obligations.
2. Mentoring and developing senior payroll team members in process, compliance and controls.
3. Identifying patterns or risks in payroll data and initiating corrective action.
4. Partnering with other teams to ensure end-to-end payroll processes are compliant, efficient and accurate.
5. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data quality, reduce manual intervention and improve control mechanisms.
Additionally, this role requires:
* A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor degree of Business or Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
* Extensive knowledge of and experience in payroll.
