Primary Objective:
We currently have exciting opportunities across our Farming teams.
Farm Workers (Various farms around Bendigo)
Join our Breeder and Broiler farm teams and play a vital role in caring for our birds and supporting day-to-day farm operations.
Key tasks include:
* Monitoring feed, water intake, and bird weights
* Assisting with farm cleanouts and shed setups
* Conducting welfare checks and maintaining shed litter
* Collecting eggs and assisting with incubation processes
* Supporting the health, welfare, and condition of birds
* Complying with all biosecurity requirements (no contact with birds or pigs outside of work)

What We're Looking For
We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in doing a good job. To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Follow all OH&S, hygiene, and company standards, including our Code of Conduct.
* Be physically fit – able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20kg, and complete repetitive tasks safely using correct techniques.
* Must have own Car and Driving License (No Public Transport is available in these farm locations).
* Have good punctuality, reliability, and communication skills.
* Be able to follow verbal and written instructions and work well in a diverse team environment.
* Meet production targets and promptly report any maintenance issues to Leading Hands or Supervisors.
* Be based in Bendigo (or willing to relocate and arrange your own transport).
* Hold valid work rights in Australia.
