This Brisbane based wealth management company offering a full range of services to obtain the best financial outcomes for their clients. Specialising in investment advice, tax planning and superannuation, they take research driven approach to all strategies.
We are looking for an Investment Advisor to join the team with a strong focus on client services, property advice and research. You will also use your network within the property sector to grow the advisory arm of the business.
**In this role you will**:
- Handle face to face client meetings and educate clients on Brisbane's residential investment market.
- Manage investment property stock lists.
- Maintain solid relationships with inner Brisbane developers.
- Source new developers who's product meets client requirements, and establish relationships.
- Produce property research and advisory material for clients.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve efficiencies and increase business.
- Attend workshops and other networking events put on by the company
- Network with other businesses to grow referral relationships and increase the Property side of the business.
**To be suitable for this role you**
**MUST***:
- Have strong and **current **residential property sales experience **in Brisbane.**:
- Be a genuine and nice person with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong B2B sales/BDM experience and existing network in property sector
- Have polished and professional presentation.
- Have a very energetic and entrepreneurial personality.
- Have a love for understanding and educating clients on Brisbane's property markets.
