Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our SAP Finance and Controlling systems. You will partner with business users across finance, shared services, and operations to deliver high-quality application support, functional solutions, and continuous improvements that keep our core systems running smoothly.
This is a 12-month fixed-term, on-site position at our office located in VIC.
You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, architects, and developers to design, configure, and test SAP FI/CO solutions, ensuring functional and technical alignment.
Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-level SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) support to business users.
* Lead the functional delivery of scalable, reusable, and efficient solutions.
* Document and analyse business processes, producing business and functional specifications.
* Configure and support FI/CO modules including GL, Asset Accounting, Profit Centre, and Special Purpose Ledger.
* Deliver solutions for CO modules including Cost Centres, Internal Orders, Project Systems, and Investment Management.
* Collaborate with ABAP developers to deliver change requests and enhancements.
* Prepare test scenarios, use cases, and conduct unit/integration testing.
* Actively contribute to annual SAP patching projects and other continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with our change management and governance processes.
Qualifications
* Certification in SAP Financials is essential.
* At least 4 years' hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO is required.
* Advanced skills in SAP FI (GL, Asset Accounting, Profit Centre, SPL) and CO (Cost Centres, Internal Orders, Projects, Investment Management) are necessary.
* Full project lifecycle experience and a track record supporting SAP FI/CO applications is expected.
* Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
* Knowledge of SAP workflows and integration with MM, SD, PM, and LE modules is advantageous.
* Experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, and small project delivery is preferred.
