About the Role
Central Highlands Spin Studio (CHSS) is seeking an energetic and motivated Zumba Instructor to join our founding team.
You do not need to currently hold a Zumba licence — for the right candidate, CHSS is willing to pay for your Zumba certification/licence and provide full onboarding and support.
This role is ideal for someone who loves music, movement, and group fitness, and is ready to step into teaching in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver fun, high-energy Zumba classes
* Motivate and engage participants of varying fitness levels
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming class environment
* Follow CHSS class structures and studio policies
* Assist with setup, pack down, and studio flow
About You
* Strong interest in dance, fitness, and music
* Confident in front of groups (or ready to build confidence)
* Energetic, reliable, and approachable
* Comfortable working with teens and adults
* Willing to complete Zumba certification (funded by CHSS)
Requirements
* Willingness to obtain Zumba certification/licence (cost covered by CHSS)
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends
