**Recruitment Consultant**

**The Opportunity** 
This role will suit individuals with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other relevant discipline such as Organisational Development, along with a minimum of two years generalist HR experience including talent acquisition. 
**About You** 
Your well-developed interpersonal skills allow you to positively build effective working relationships and customise your approach to diverse internal and external stakeholders at, and partnering with WAAC. 
Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the not-for-profit sector will be a bonus!

**Duties** 
- Understand the company’s hiring needs, culture, and specific requirements. 
- Identify and document job vacancy details including job descriptions, wages, and employment conditions. 
- Conduct thorough analyses of job roles to determine the requirements and necessary qualifications and skills. 
- Place job advertisements for vacancies in the company 
- Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process. 
- Facilitate negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and other employment terms. 
- Organising staff inductions and sharing information on employment terms, salaries, and advancement opportunities 
- Stay informed about legislation, salary benchmarks, awards, and changes in the job market to provide valuable insights. 
- Follow legal and ethical standards in recruitment. 
- Gather and provide feedback to improve the hiring and selection process. 
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and up to date employee information.
