BMS Business Development Manager – Sydney

An established BMS and EMS contractor based in Melbourne has recently expanded into Sydney and is now poised for significant growth. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Sydney branch and play a key role in driving this next phase.
Position
Working closely with the Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the business development strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and implementing the business development plan.
* Building relationships with key clients, including HVAC contractors, building owners, builders, and consultants.
* Managing tenders and quotes for BMS projects, with the goal of growing a team under your leadership.
* Collaborating with project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from tender to execution.
You
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position and be eager to join a business where your career can accelerate. You will demonstrate:
* Strong understanding of BMS project requirements for both headend and hardware.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
* Established relationships with Sydney HVAC contractors.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
