The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an energetic and caring individual to provide early childhood education services including the design, documentation and implementation of programs for children and families.
As an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) at Bandara, you will build partnerships with each child and family and engage in critical reflection that informs ongoing programs, teaching strategies and relationships with children and families. You will also establish learning assessments and identify learning outcomes for children and maintain children's records.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education recognised by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority and holds a NSW Working with Children Check.
You will have the following skills and experience;
* Theoretical understanding of how children grow and learn, with demonstrated skills in implementing an approved curriculum.
* Knowledge of the National Early Childhood Regulations, standards, approved curriculum and policies.
* Demonstrated skills in building respectful relationships with children, families, staff and external stakeholders.
* Minimum two (2) years' experience in an early childhood setting.
Benefits
This is a permanent, full‑time position working 38 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $74,360.83 gross per annum, comprising of:
* $1,276.80 per week base salary
* $153.22 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
