The Employment team assists clients in all aspects of workplace relations, employment, executive remuneration and benefits, industrial relations, workplace safety and discrimination and workplace training as well as M&A.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Around 1 to 3 years pae in the area of employment law
* Lawyers coming out of employer organisations or in-house are encouraged to apply
* Strong drafting and advisory skills
* Strong client skills as this role is a client facing role
* The ability to take on responsibility
* Passion for employment law and a hunger to work on broad array of matters
