We invite Outdoor Education Teachers and Specialists to bring their passion and expertise to our Student Experience Programs.

The Yarra Valley student experience is a vibrant base for junior and middle school students, offering progressive programs that challenge and inspire through outdoor learning.
The Kakadu Program is a hands-on learning adventure created in partnership with Traditional Owners, giving middle and senior students the chance to step outside everyday routines and experience something truly different.
Whether you are leading students through nature-based activities, fostering a sense of community, or mentoring residential trainees as they embark on their traineeship, your contributions will play a vital role in shaping our students' experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide feedback on and oversee the delivery of the residential curriculum while maintaining detailed daily notes on the wellbeing and learning of students.
Contribute to initiatives and problem solving by preparing materials, equipment, and resources and manage program logistics, including transportation arrangements, site preparation, and activity set-up.
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with students, parents, teachers and other support staff and establish a culture of care for all facilities used and / or owned by the school.
Facilitate outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and positive learning experience and adherence to safety protocols, while promoting teamwork and inclusivity.
Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
Key Criteria
Experience in Outdoor and Environmental Education.
Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (desirable).
Training and experience in the facilitation of various outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping, team-building exercises, and nature exploration.
Previous experience working in an outdoor education or similar setting is highly desirable.
Level 2 First Aid (or Remote Area First Aid) and Anaphylaxis Management Certificate, Driver's Licence, Current Employment WWCC or VIT.
