About the Role:
Flight Options (Australia), is a respected advanced flight training provider based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
We are seeking two Grade One or Grade Two Flight Instructors with MEA and IFR training endorsements.
The individuals we are seeking must be self-motivated professionals who can deliver high-quality instruction in Multi Engine and Instrument operations.
The position reports to the Course Director and has a focus on airline standard delivery of flight training to our students.
You will be working with a group of professionals who have considerable airline and air transport training experience, providing guidance and mentoring to the successful candidates.

The ability to contribute to the development of courseware and advanced pilot training programs along with the experience to obtain Flight Examiner Ratings for Multi Engine (Class Ratings) and Instrument Ratings whilst not a requirement for employment, will be highly regarded. (a structured and funded pathway to these qualifications will be made available to the right candidate).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver multi-engine and IFR flight instruction in accordance with CASA standards Mentor and guide students through theory and practical stages.
Develop and present structured course content and materials.
Work collaboratively in a small, high-performing training team Support the delivery of simulator-based training where applicable.
About You:
· Grade One or Grade Two Instructor Rating with current MEA & IFR training approval (FER approvals highly regarded)
· Strong instructional and presentation skills
· Highly self-aware, professional, and immaculately presented
· Able to work independently and take initiative
· Previous experience in courseware development highly regarded
