We’re supporting a major enterprise transformation and are looking for an Oracle ERP Functional Lead to join a critical program of work. This is a hands-on opportunity within a fast-paced enterprise environment where your expertise will directly support functional design, stakeholder engagement, business process improvement and Oracle ERP delivery across the organisation. The Role Lead functional delivery across the Oracle ERP environment Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements Translate business needs into functional solutions Support process improvement across finance and broader business functions Drive functional design, configuration and solution alignment Collaborate with technical teams to support successful delivery Provide guidance across system enhancements, upgrades and transformation initiatives Act as a key point of contact between business and project teams Support testing, issue resolution and deployment activities Help ensure the Oracle platform is aligned to business objectives About You Strong experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Lead, Senior Functional Consultant or Solution Lead Deep Oracle ERP experience is essential Strong understanding of business processes, ideally across finance Proven background working across large transformation or ERP uplift programs Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Confident gathering requirements and translating them into functional outcomes Comfortable working across competing priorities in complex environments Able to work closely with both business and technical teams Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail Australian Citizenship is essential Key Details Initial 6-month contract (potential for perm role for right candidate) Fully remote Candidates must be based in Melbourne, Canberra or Adelaide Competitive day rate Oracle experience is essential If you’re looking to step into a visible transformation program where your Oracle functional expertise will genuinely make an impact, this could be the opportunity for you.
