About the Role
The Bell/Garage Attendant plays a vital role in providing a memorable arrival experience and farewell to our guests.
As an Overnight Attendant, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests during overnight hours, ensuring their arrival and departure are seamless and exceptional.
* Greet arriving guests during overnight hours and assist with luggage handling and room escorting.
* Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and hotel entrance overnight.
* Deliver guest amenities and handle messages with accuracy and discretion.
* Support hotel security by monitoring guest areas and reporting unusual activity.
* Assist guests with transportation needs, directions, and overnight concierge requests.
* Coordinate luggage pulls for early morning departures and prepare for peak guest movement.
* Liaise with Front Office and Security teams to support smooth overnight operations.
* Uphold standards of service with professionalism and warmth.
