Property Manager & Business Development Specialist
This is a dual-function position with approximately 70% property management and 30% business development.
The successful candidate will manage a residential property portfolio while actively identifying and securing new managements to grow the rent roll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain a supported portfolio of residential properties
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
* Handle all aspects of property management including leasing, inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and tenancy renewals
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the rent roll
* Provide an exceptional client experience and uphold our professional standards
