Postdoctoral Researcher in Sociology
The Australian National University is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to work on the Experimenting with Estrogen project.
About the Role
* Develop an independent research project to map lay estrogen knowledge and self-health practices through content analysis of websites, apps, social media, and educational materials.
* Contribute to the integration of this project with a related interview-based study led by Professor Mary Lou Rasmussen.
Responsibilities
* Assist in teaching undergraduate courses in the School of Sociology.
* Provide guidance to undergraduate research assistants, Honours students, and Higher Degree by Research candidates as required.
Requirements
* Early career researcher expected to conduct high-quality research independently.
* Collaborate with the research team and be directly supervised by Professor Rasmussen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand and apply research ethics principles.
* Design and implement a research plan to achieve project goals.
* Present research findings at conferences and workshops.
