You'll join a dynamic team representing the distribution networks serviced by our Contact Centre team based in Bendigo on a casual basis.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with a variety of faults and general enquiries in a varied and fast paced work environment.
 * Providing excellent customer service skills in a fast paced environment
 * Intermediate computer literacy and typing skills
 * Highly effective communication and problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the square
 * Empathy for customer needs and an ability to work under pressure
Applicants MUST:
 * Be available for a start and have previous experience within a customer service role
 * Hold Australian Residency
 * Be local to the Bendigo area
 * Be happy to work a variety of shifts scheduled across a 24x7 roster
 * Be flexible to work on short notice during peak workloads
 * Participate in our shared stand by shifts roster
