Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Superannuation: Process payroll and ensure timely super payments
Accounts Receivable: Invoice jobs accurately and promptly; Follow up on outstanding payments
Accounts Payable: Enter purchase invoices; Ensure timely and accurate payments
Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements
General Admin Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
Experience in accounts and admin
Proficiency with MYOB accounting software
Strong attention to detail and time management
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
