Your New Role!
This administration-focused role offers plenty of variety, where every day is different. This is ideally suited to someone with a positive attitude who enjoys learning new products and processes while delivering reliable, end-to-end administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
• Responding to customer email and phone enquiries
• Providing product information and emailing pricing (full training provided)
• Compiling quotes and forwarding via email
• Liaising with resellers, branches, builders, and internal teams
• Processing sales orders, issuing invoices, and processing payments
• Checking stock availability for customer orders
• Using Outlook, Google Drive, CRM systems, and Word
• Providing general sales support and administrative assistance

About You...
Minimum experience is welcome — attitude and reliability are key! What you will bring:
• A can-do, proactive approach
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Google Drive, Word, CRM systems)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A desire to secure a long-term role with a stable company
• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment

What's On Offer
This is a full-time, 38-hour work week offering excellent work-life balance and an early Friday finish. Hours are 7:45am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:45am – 3:15pm on Fridays.
