A well-established and highly regarded organisation is seeking a Finance Administrator to join its Finance Operations team. This opportunity sits within a structured, high-volume environment supporting a national dealer network and wholesale finance portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will play a key role in administering wholesale loans and supporting dealer relationships. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound numerical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
What you\'ll be doing
* Process wholesale loan creations, adjustments, and credit notes
* Prepare wholesale invoices, refunds, and credits
* Manage daily and monthly reporting, including dealer reports and floor plan registers
* Coordinate invoice charges to dealers
* Process supplier/manufacturer invoices
* Arrange discharges and release
* Respond to dealer queries
* Collate and process daily banking payments and prepare submissions for approval
* Assist with monthly processing of contracts, early payout letters, and discharges
* Complete contract completion documentation
* Support annual insurance follow-ups
* Assist with document management and audit preparation (internal and external)
* Provide reception back-up support when required
* Contribute to special projects as needed

What we\'re looking for
* You are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured yet dynamic environment.
* Asset finance experience (preferred)
* Strong numerical and analytical capability
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
* Experience with finance systems
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
* Working knowledge of credit administration processes
