Gladstone Women's Health is a community-based not-for-profit established in 1992. Working across Central Queensland to strengthen safety, health and wellbeing for women, young people, families and communities through gender equity.

About the Role
This is a new part-time role up to 22.5 hours per week (3 days). Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial operations of our organisation. Your work will directly support frontline services, team members and programs that make a difference in women's lives.
This role would suit someone who is organised, dependable and enjoys financial administration.
In this role, you will:
* Prepare and process accurate fortnightly payroll, including superannuation
* Process accounts payable. receivable and invoice enquiries
* Support monthly and end-of-month financial reporting and reconciliations
* Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
* Provide professional, timely support to internal and external stakeholders
* Assist with general administration and organisational support as required
* Uphold confidentiality, integrity and data accuracy at all times
About You
You are someone who takes pride in a high level of accuracy and understands the importance of strong financial systems in community services.
You bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in finance and/or payroll
* Experience with Xero (or similar accounting systems)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* A calm, professional approach and strong interpersonal skills
* Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
* Alignment with values-based, trauma-informed work
Experience in the not-for-profit or community services sector is highly regarded, but not essential.

Requirements
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Ability to undertake a National Police Check
* Right to work in Australia
