Underbody Technician
We are seeking an experienced Underbody Technician to join our team in Thurgoona. As a key member of our 40-strong team, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.
Job Description
In this permanent, full-time position, you will showcase your specialist technician skills performing a range of responsibilities including suspension, fitting of accessories and bullbars, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical components
* Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts
* Quality control and inspection of vehicles
* Test driving vehicles to ensure they meet quality repair standards
* Perform wheel alignments
* Carry out system updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers when necessary
Requirements
* Experience and training as a qualified Motor Mechanic/Underbody Technician Trade Licence
* Strong commitment to safety
* Desire to grow and build skills
* Good attitude, with excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and process driven
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work
