We’re looking for a skilled Site Manager for a high-end commercial office fitout project. This is a short-term contract with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, perfect for someone looking to showcase their expertise in quality finishes and efficient project delivery. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, and maintaining strict safety compliance. Implementing and tracking project plans using Procore and site reporting through Hammertech (preferred). Maintaining high-quality standards on finishes and ensuring all work aligns with client expectations. Communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in commercial fitout or refurbishment projects, ideally office spaces. Strong understanding of high-end finishes and attention to detail. Professional, proactive, and approachable – able to lead teams and build positive site culture. Experience with Procore and Hammertech is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
