Your Key Responsibilities
* You will reassure parents, building trust and providing a gentle touch to our little ones.
* You will maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards to perfection.
* You will propose activities respecting the child's rhythm and focus on their development.
Your Opportunities

* You will be responsible for supervising children aged 4 months to 2 years (Baby Club) and 2 to 4 years (Petit Club) at the Resort.
* You will organize age-appropriate activities and entertainment: sports, self-expression, creativity, games, and entertainment.
* You will manage Baby/Petit Club activities and events with your team.
* You will ensure your team implements, applies, and monitors health and safety standards.
* You will implement actions to achieve objectives set by the Family Manager.
* You will manage, supervise, and support your teams to develop and achieve qualitative and quantitative results.
As a G.O Baby/Petit Club Supervisor, you'll benefit from Club Med's infrastructure and activities. You may even get the opportunity to showcase your talents on stage.
