We’re looking for a highly organised Field Operations & Site Coordinator to support our Field Operations team and help keep our field activities, systems, and site relationships running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem‑solving, and working with a wide range of stakeholder, from field technicians and contractors through to landlords and site hosts.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Network and Voice Operations, you’ll play a key role in coordinating field operations activities while also providing administrative oversight of Fixed Wireless tower sites and related facilities.

You’ll ensure jobs are scheduled effectively, customer expectations are managed proactively, and all systems and documentation are kept accurate and up to date. You’ll also be a key point of contact for site hosts, coordinating access, maintenance, and compliance requirements.

This role is open nationally to candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations Coordination

* Schedule and coordinate field activities (installations, maintenance, changes)

* Track jobs end‑to‑end and maintain accurate system records

* Review job requests and resolve missing or unclear information

* Arrange and confirm access to customer and transmission sites

* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and third‑party suppliers

* Monitor progress, communicate updates, and resolve scheduling issues

* Support provisioning, permissions, and feasibility checks

Site & Facilities Administration

* Act as primary contact for site hosts, landlords, and property managers

* Coordinate technician and contractor access to Fixed Wireless tower sites

* Maintain site records including leases, access details, and compliance documentation

* Coordinate site inspections, maintenance, and remediation works

* Manage site infrastructure information and resolve access or facilities issues

Operational Administration

* Arrange travel, accommodation, and vehicle hire

* Manage training bookings and maintain records

* Track vehicle servicing, registration, and insurance claims

* Log and administer WHS incidents and systems

* Administer system access (Zuper, Zoho, SA MyGov, CASA, WHS Online)

* Provide general administrative support as required

About You

You’re organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll bring:

* Experience in an administrative, coordination, or scheduling role (telecommunications or a related industry preferred)

* Strong customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders

* High proficiency with IT systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office

* Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* The ability to work independently, show initiative, and solve problems

* Experience working with field staff or third‑party providers (highly regarded)

* Exposure to telecommunications infrastructure or wireless sites (advantageous but not essential)
