About The Role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Surgical team (Ward 7) on a part‐time basis. The role involves a rotating roster (including AM, PM, and Night duty shifts across 7 days). You will deliver high quality patient care and be mentored by a dedicated team of Registered and Senior Nurses.

As An Enrolled Nurse, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Deliver safe, research‐based nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
* Act as a role model for Safe Practice.
* Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy.
* Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development.
Essential Criteria
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Minimum 1‐year acute experience (essential).
* Med and IV endorsement.
* Commitment to quality patient care.
* Compliance with ACSQHC National standards.
* Sound clinical decision‐making and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Capable of working independently and within a team.
