Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.
* Coordinate team building events and meetings for the Risk & Compliance Team.
* Assist with day-to-day operations, presentations and recruitment activities.
* Partner with Executive Assistants on joint projects and deliverables.
* Provide leave coverage for other admin staff and support senior leaders of the Risk & Compliance Leadership Team.
* Manage email inboxes, escalate urgent tasks and brief on scheduled meetings.
* Support various reporting activities and provide cover for the Business Management Team as required.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong adherence to processes and excellent communication skills. They will be able to juggle multiple priorities effectively and have a natural inclination towards problem-solving.
