The Client
Our Client is a Townsville-based Government Department working with other Government agencies to manage their building, construction, and maintenance requirements.
The Opportunity
We seek a driven and detail-oriented professional with experience in managing building projects as a Project Manager in Townsville.
* Manage all phases of building projects from planning and design to construction and completion ensuring they meet customer needs and quality standards.
* Coordinate with team members consultants contractors and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Handle contracts using various systems to ensure smooth project progress.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers addressing their needs and building strong relationships.
* Communicate and work with project teams to stay on schedule and meet milestones.
* Track project budgets and timelines create reports and review team performance.
* Support the Senior Project Manager with fee setting billing approvals and customer satisfaction.
* Follow and enforce quality standards throughout the project.

* Proven experience in project management within the construction or building sector.
* Strong coordination communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage budgets timelines and team performance effectively.
