**ABOUT THE ROLE: Hospitality Manager**
**Summary of the role**:Dedicated and team focused Hospitality Manager needed to join the friendly team at the beautiful Mercy Place Mont Clare, must have a passion for delivering high quality food to our amazing residents and overall management of the kitchen department.

- We require a leader to support and manage a quality driven team to provide efficient and effective hospitality services to the residents of location.
- HANDS ON role
- You will draw upon your experience as a Chef and utilise industry knowledge to foster a resident centred environment that ensures all services provided to residents, family and friends supports our model of care.

**ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience working as a Chef and possess relevant qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with proven success managing, mentoring and coaching a large team in a busy environment
- Qualification as a Food Safety Supervisor and working knowledge of OHS standards
- Experience working within Aged Care desirable not essential.
