This role will require you to leverage your experience working within a Centre of Excellence and navigating complex organizational structures to drive strategic HR solutions.
You will utilise your extensive knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations principles as well as your familiarity with employment laws in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
* Aligning HR initiatives with our business objectives
* Partnering with leaders across various regions to implement effective Talent & Culture programs
* Executing global HR programs in partnership with our Centre of Excellence
* Leading initiatives and fostering collaboration among different business divisions
Requirements:
* Understanding and previous experience working in a matrix organizational structure
* Strong knowledge of HR and IR principles, practices, and employment laws in Australia and New Zealand
* Proven track record of delivering on global HR solutions in a complex organization
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple regions and ensure consistent delivery
* Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data analytics, with the ability to leverage insights
* 3 - 5 years progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management and operations across multiple regions
