Based at our Marsden depot in our Roads, Construction and Maintenance Branch. 9 day fortnight / 76 hour fortnight available. Salary from $65,840.92 per annum plus Super inclusive of Site Allowance. Responsibilities
Lead a small crew & oversee a range of fencing projects across schools, aged care facilities, local councils & commercial clients. Northern Location.
Lead a landscaping team on a diverse range of landscape construction projects.
Join the crew on ongoing horticulture, safety, and environmental training. Lead and develop a team; manage workloads and schedules.
Coordinate with teams to maintain, design, and install landscapes, gardens, and related environments.
Support a culture of safety, teamwork and career growth; participate in community-focused projects.
Qualifications
Experience in landscaping and leadership/management roles.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training (horticulture, safety, environmental).
Ability to work flexible hours and rosters (e.g., 4 day week, 9 day fortnight) and maintain local site presence.
