The School invites applications for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer position to contribute to its teaching and research efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach and develop undergraduate, Masters, and Graduate Diploma programs in relevant disciplines.
* Maintain and advance scholarly, research, and professional capabilities.
* Establish and maintain memberships, links, and partnerships with academic, industry, and professional communities.
* Collaborate with fellow academics within the teaching team.
Research Focus
As a Senior Lecturer, you will lead high-quality research projects aligned with the University's focus areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, engage in, and lead research projects in micro-nano electronics and related areas.
* Secure research funding and produce high-quality outputs.
* Embed your research expertise into the School's life.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful for this appointment, you will meet the following Key Selection Criteria:
* PhD in a related field or approved AQF equivalency with relevant industry experience.
* Emerging track record and recognition for quality research outputs in micro-nano electronics and developing next-generation brain-inspired sensors and processing systems and related areas.
* Ability to prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate and post-graduate levels in electronic, embedded systems, and computer engineering areas.
* Course coordination and supervision of higher degree by research candidates.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills appropriate for interacting with higher degree by research candidates, staff, and industry.
