About the Role
Support the placement and wellbeing of children in family-based foster care. Coordinate care plans, assess safety, and uphold children’s rights in a full-time role in Broome, WA.

Duties
• Complete and review individual care plans
• Conduct monthly home visits and safety checks
• Uphold children’s rights and family engagement
• Liaise with stakeholders and attend case meetings
• Assist in carer recruitment and support
Skills & Experience
• Cert IV or relevant experience in child/youth services
• Strong communication and care coordination skills
• Valid WA Driver’s Licence
• WWCC, National Police Check, NDIS & WA 395 clearance
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
