Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with families and children aged 0-8, providing support and therapy services under the Key Worker model. Our team will work closely with families to develop and prioritise their goals using a routines-based approach.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Work with families and children to develop and prioritise their goals using a routines-based approach
* Provide support to families that reflects a strengths-based and family-centred approach with a focus on improving the child and family quality of life
* Provide evidence-based support to address children's goals across all areas of development, e.g., communication, play, mobility, feeding, self-care activities, sensory processing, relationships with peers, feelings and behaviours, problem-solving and learning
* Develop the capacity of adults supporting the child
* Coordinate support required from other disciplines
* Support inclusion and participation of children within their families and communities
* Provide consultative support to other Key Workers specific to your discipline/background

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
* Considerable experience working with paediatric clients
* A true passion for delivering paediatric clinical services
* One of the following qualifications/industry registrations: Developmental Educator, Early Childhood Teacher/Educator, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist, or Psychologist
