About the role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload, including paediatric clients
* Conduct assessments, therapy, diagnosis, and reporting
* Deliver evidence-based intervention and client-centred care
* Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
* Contribute to innovation and service excellence in clinical programs

Requirements
* Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Valid Working with Children (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain
* Clinical expertise and confidence managing a diverse and complex caseload
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
