You'll be given the tools and autonomy to improve processes, interact with senior stakeholders, and help shape the financial backbone of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly financial statements and management reportsSupport year-end audit and statutory reportingAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMaintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedulesEnsure compliance with tax obligations (BAS, FBT, etc.)Drive process improvements and support system upgradesWhat We\'re Looking ForCA/CPA qualified or working towards2–4 years' experience in public practice (business services or audit)Strong technical accounting knowledgeExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProactive, commercially focused, and improvement-oriented
