 
        
        We have an opportunity for an experienced Administration and Accounts person to join a passionate and talented team, following the retirement of a long standing employee. 
The position is permanent part-time, preferably 4 days per week equating to a total of approximately 28 hours in that period. 
*More specifically the role will involve: 
Processing Payroll ( Fortnightly & Monthly) 
Processing supplier invoices 
Bank account reconciliations 
Processing BAS 
Reporting: sales, purchases, stock 
Reporting: financial statements to our UK partners 
Assist with audits 
Record keeping, data entry & filing. 
EOM supplier payments 
*What will make you successful is: 
*A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles 
A proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records 
Data entry skills and that special passion with numbers 
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets 
To work unsupervised with maximum efficiency and within a team setting 
A high level of administrative skills, including all Microsoft products 
Strong attention to detail 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Also the role will be responsible for: 
Maintenance of our Quality management System 
Assistant & backup Customer Service 
Maintain stationery/Staff Amenity Stock 
Petty Cash handling 
Processing bank receipt / payment 
Administration Support to all departments. 
General Purchasing of Commodities and Services 
Purchasing of specific product for special customer orders 
Other duties as required
