Home Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Support Professional to provide care and support for our clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, household cleaning, meal preparation, and transportation services.
* Offer social support and respite for family members, enabling them to maintain relationships with their loved ones.
* Deliver high-quality service while building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
* Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Disability Services.
* Have at least 600 hours of paid community experience as a Home Support Worker.
* Possess an unrestricted Australian driver's license.
* Hold a Senior First Aid certificate.
* Hold a current Police Clearance certificate.
* NDIS clearance is highly desirable.
