SITECH Construction Systems is the Trimble Heavy Construction distributor for the Eastern and Central Australia. Trimble offers a range of GNSS and UTS machine control systems to suit graders, excavators, dozers, scrapers, compactors and more. Trimble machine control systems provide guidance to the operator to comply with a 3D model in civil construction and mining.
About the role
We are now seeking to recruit a qualified mechanic/auto electrician for a position based in our Rockhampton office with the opportunity of some local and interstate travel.
Exhibiting a strong commitment to safety, you will take responsibility for the entire installation process of Trimble Machine Control technology on customer machinery including quality assurance of products, third party welding, calibration, and commissioning.

This position will be a great fit for candidates currently in an auto servicing environment looking for a long-term career where they can build on their existing skills in a role working with cutting edge machine control technology.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Advanced problem-solving skills
