About the Role: Builders Warranty Maintenance Contractor
As a Maintenance/Handyperson, you'll be responsible for carrying out repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks across multiple sites - domestic home builds. We focus on high quality workmanship, your problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Work with a variety of materials including timber, metal, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Liaise with onsite with clients, and suppliers as needed
Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working order
About You:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, ability to work safely
A current driver's license (required for site travel)
Working hours Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift. Saturdays are available on occasion if you're willing/available.
