Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven ability to plan and implement high-impact teaching strategies, guided by how students learn, and evaluate the impact on student growth.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader community.
