To support the launch of a major new vehicle, we are seeking highly skilled Master Automotive Technician to provide rapid, expert on-site support to customers and dealerships across Australia on a 12-month contract .


3 roles available in below locations

* NSW/North VIC - Echuca or Albury-Wodonga
* NSW - Bathurst, Dubbo, or Griffith
* QLD - Townsville, Cairns, or Mackay

Your mission will be to ensure the prompt resolution of quality challenges, minimise Vehicle Off Road (VOR) days, and deliver an exceptional customer experience during this critical launch phase.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be part of a national support team driving quality, customer satisfaction, and brand trust from day one.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide on-site technical support to customers and dealerships within designated hours of a concern being raised.
* Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues, ensuring repairs are efficient and accurate.
* Collaborate with Service Engineering, the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC), and dealership teams to resolve escalated technical cases.
* Conduct data analysis on VOR cases to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Validate VOR data accuracy and ensure timely case closures.
* Investigate Re-Acquired Vehicle (RAV) requests and prepare detailed technical documentation.
* Support Customer Liaison Managers (CLMs) with technical case preparation for tribunal cases.
* Escalate warranty and goodwill requests with recommendations to expedite decision-making.
* Provide technical insights for new product launches and service improvement projects.


About You

* Master Automotive Technician level (OEM vehicle experience highly regarded).
* Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver rapid on-site solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with dealers and customers.
* Data-driven approach with the ability to identify trends and develop targeted action plans.
* Willingness to travel to various sites and respond at short notice to technical concerns.
