2x Contract & Service Administrators - 8am - 4:30pm - 40 hour week $65-$70k salary + super + benefits
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to and may vary:
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers and vendors
- Efficiently communicate with clients ensuring high stands of service and quality are provided
- Co-ordinate all daily service requirements as per contracts. i.e. customer orders/quotes/requisitions.
- Ensure all delivery deadlines and key performance indicators are being met.
- Prepare, analyze and submit all reporting required under the various customer contracts.
- Manage stock levels to ensure supply continuity
- Liaise directly with Pre-Production, Production and Technical staff to ensure the successful implementation of, and on time supply of products to our end use contract customer base.
- Forecast demand of stock lines and raw materials to ensure contractual KPIs are met.
- Provide fitting services to customers as required.
- Actively promote and ensure compliance with S&H Core Values and QHSE Management System
- Other duties as directed by the Senior Contract & Services Manager
We are also seeking a Customer Liasion Representative, which will be travel based, visiting client sites across the state on a daily basis.
This role involves daily regional travel across Victoria - a company vehicle is supplied along with accommodation and meals where required.
- Must be fully licenced and available to travel to regional areas each and every week.
- Starting off from a 3 day week, with opportunity to move to Full Time hours as per business needs
- Hourly wages for this role start at $33 per hour / Some Saturday work is required and is paid at an Overtime rate as per Award rates

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer requirements
- Good problems solving and lateral thinking skills
- Strong time managements skills with the ability to prioritize and work autonomously
- High attention to details with sound computer and numerical skills
- Strong work ethic and POSITIVE attitude!
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes, systems and products
- Previous experience in a Administration environment
- Drivers Licence and National Police Clearance required before commencement
