About your opportunity: In this position you will * Assist the Midwifery Unit Manager to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area. * Practice collaboratively and provide clinical leadership within the interdisciplinary health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of women and their families. * Accountable for planning, provision, and communication of midwifery care provided across a shift.
