Role and Responsibility

* Support day to day operation of kitchen.
* Wash dishes.
* Assist food prep and production.
* Sanitation control.
* Maintain orderliness of food supplies.
* Providing chef with assistance in the kitchen -- prepping, cooking and serving as needed, consistent with all recipe and presentation standards.
* Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products

Essential Skills and Qualifications

* Cooking experience
* Able to work as part of a positive and close-knit team
* Experience in a fast and busy environment
* Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in English
* 12 months working rights in Australia

* Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
* Able to work quickly and safely with minimal supervision
