The Role
The successful candidate will be largely handling the firms Family Law matters as well as the occasional general matter. It is expected that you will handle each matter from the initial consult through to settlement including attending court appearances as well as assisting other practitioners where necessary.
What You Will Bring
* Excellent communication skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Approximately 2 years post-admission experience
* Unrestricted practising certificate desirable
* Family Law experience
* Ability to work both independently and with others
* Experience with LEAP Legal software - not essential
* Profficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence
