We are seeking driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our Sales Division. This is a unique opportunity to excel in B2B product and solution sales targeting the South American market.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with senior decision-makers across South America through cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
- Build, nurture, and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, developing long-term client relationships.
- Match client requirements with tailored products and solutions.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management.
- Maintain client relationships post-sale to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to a high-performance, positive work culture.
Requirements
- Spanish native speaker with fluent English.
- 35 years of B2B sales experience (preferably with high-value products).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous (not essential).
- Experience in creating and launching strategic email marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a passion for growth.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
- Guaranteed base salary + commission structure.
- On-target earnings (OTE): A$70,000 A$100,000+ per year.
- Income progression expected within 12 years as you advance through the sales career ladder.
