As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving retail sales across our Seeding & Tillage range. This hands-on position will empower sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to confidently promote our products while also helping customers understand how to get the most out of their investment.
2. Deliver training to dealer sales teams to enhance product knowledge and support retail success
3. Provide technical expertise to support Sales Managers and drive CNH commercial outcomes across the Seeding & Tillage range
4. Support planning, coordination and attendance at key events
5. Lead 1-1 customer engagements to convert competitive users and grow market share
6. Represent the company brand professionally in all interactions with dealers and customers
7. Manage company assets effectively, including inventory and sales & marketing materials
8. Monitor and report on product performance, customer feedback, market trends and sales opportunities
Requirements:
* Relevant technical certificate or degree in engineering, agronomy, soil science or crop production systems
* Industry experience with demonstrated success in farm management, agronomy, or machinery sales
* In-depth knowledge of agricultural industry and assigned products
* Confident in building relationships and providing product education to customers and dealerships
* Comfortable collaborating with sales teams to build product knowledge and drive sales
* Passionate about latest machinery, technology and farming practices
* Experience in a B2B and/or dealer network environment
