CT is committed to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.A Project Manager at CT is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards.
This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, budgets, risks, and maintains clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, the Project Manager will drive process enhancements and ensure best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverablesDevelop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategiesCoordinate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilitiesMonitor project progress, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely deliveryRun regular meetings, track tasks, and follow up on actions and responsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for project communications and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plansEnsure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirementsResolve conflicts and conduct project reviews to identify improvement areasFacilitate project closure, including deliverable handover, documentation, and post-project evaluationsIdentify and implement process and methodology improvements to streamline projects
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field is desirable.Experience coordinating projects, ideally in an MSP environment.Exposure to MFA or IT security projects is a strong advantage.Proven ability to follow up and push tasks to completion.Delivers consistently high customer satisfaction.Strong organisational skills; handles multiple tasks with ease.Excellent attention to detail across all project stages.Builds strong relationships with teams and clients.Promotes collaboration and maintains clear communication
