Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and exceed team Key Performance Indicators and contractual obligations;
* Establish clear direction for effective operations across various locations;
* Maintain a culture of performance across the business;
* Develop team capacity through leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback, and opportunities for growth;
* Provide timely financial reporting and forecasting as directed by senior management;
* Ensure accountability and transparency in business risk, governance, contractual, and financial performance;
* Foster a client-focused environment with commitment to delivering service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in employment services;
* Customer service or client-facing experience;
* Management experience and team leadership skills;
* Demonstrated ability to motivate employees and work with clients in overcoming challenges;
* Liaising with stakeholders and working towards KPIs;
* Ability to oversee placements resulting in sustainable employment;

* A current driver's license.
