Full time experienced PM assistant- to assist you with all ad-hoc property management duties

You will have the benefit of working within a fun team environment who have a great wealth of property knowledge. This role will be have the support of theBusiness Owners and Principal.
Package includes base wage, motor vehicle, company mobile phone,annual retention bonus of $13K paid quarterly in addition to salaryand fantastic commissions for all new business.
Career opportunities could be available for the right person depending on their attitude and willingness to learn the business.
You will also have an full time assistant to assist with a variety of duties including but not limited to -
Managing new tenant relationships andadministration
Managing and completing inspections and processing new applications
Assisting with ad hoc property management tasks as required
Routine inspections and reporting
Leasing staff to assist with all new tenant enquiry, all inspections and emailing owner reports
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 Years residential property management experience
Certificate of Registration
CurrentDrivers Licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding time management, multi-tasking skillsand strong attention to detail
Property Me and IRE experience required
